Q + A

First you’ll select your date. Once your date is reserved, you’ll receive an invoice, contract, and questionnaire to your email. You’ll have 48 hours to submit your deposit to fully secure your date.

The questionnaire is designed to help me get to know you a bit as well as understand what you’re looking for in your photography session. From there, we will work together to create a vision for your session (this includes everything from choosing a location to outfit planning to what emotions you want your photos to portray).

Next is the session, where we will get together and take photos! From there, I’ll edit and put any final touches on your photos. Finally, I’ll deliver your images to you in an online gallery, complete with instructions on how to download, save and print your photos.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due within 48 hours of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your session. Payment is accepted online.

Sessions that are more than 25 miles from Winston-Salem, NC are subject to a mileage fee of .67/mile. Any additional travel costs such as airfare or lodging are to be covered by the client.

I get it, things come up! Should you need to reschedule for any reason other than weather, a 48 notice is required. If weather is an issue, a decision will be made within 24 hours. Pending studio availability, a studio session is a great alternative in the case of bad weather.

I cannot guarantee that your session will be featured, but with your permission, your photos may be shared. If you do not want your photos shared publicly, they will remain private.
