At the core of Allison Hodges Photography is the importance of preserving memories. Capturing special moments should make you feel celebrated, confident, and happy. Every person, couple, and family deserve the joy of beautiful photos, stress-free planning and a positive experience in front of the camera.
In order to give you photos you love and an experience you enjoy, AHP removes the guesswork on cost, how to book, or what you will receive. You will be guided every step of the way – from preparing for your session to guiding you through any posing.

The simple four step process
1. Pick Your Date
You can access my calendar to select a date and time that works for you or you can reach out to me directly to find a time!
2. Choose your package
I’m here to help you decide what package is best for your needs if you’re unsure.
3. Sign contract + Place deposit
Once your date is reserved and package selected, you will receive your contract and invoice. Your signed contract and deposit guarantee that your ate remains secure. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your session.
1. Fill out a questionnaire
You’ll receive a questionnaire to your email. Your answers will help me get to know you better as well as help me learn more about what you’re looking for in your photo session.
2. Curate the vision for your session
If you already have a clear idea of what you want from your photos, let me know and we’ll make it happen! If you want to work together on this, we’ll use your questionnaire to cover everything from choosing a location to planning outfits to deciding what you want your gallery to portray (think of this as what emotions you want your photos to evoke).
Time for your photoshoot
This is the fun part where we get together and take photos! You may feel nervous for this part, but I promise I will help you loosen up and get comfortable in front of the camera. I’ll give you plenty of prompts that will allow us to capture your genuine connection and I’ll guide you through any necessary posing.
A few weeks after your session, you’ll receive your gallery
I’ll edit and put final touches on your photos and then deliver them to you in an online gallery. Your gallery will be sent to your email and will come with directions on how to download, save, and print your photos. The time that it will take me to finish your gallery will depend on the package you select.
